Stewed Pork with Onions and Eggplants

Turn the eggplant in circles and peel off 4 strips.

Cut it into black on both sides and white in the middle. No skinning is required.

Fry the meat until it changes color and add onions

Eggplant, then add sauce

Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Stir fry again halfway through. Simmer for about 7 to 8 minutes. Open the lid.

If there is too much soup, turn on high heat to reduce the juice. Just have a little bit of soup at the bottom of the pot. Put a little salt. Taste the saltiness and adjust it according to personal preference.
