Cut the tomatoes into crosses, blanch them in boiling water, peel them, and cut them into small pieces; clean the fungus and tear it into small florets.

Pour cold water into the pot and add the beef. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Skim off the blood and remove the beef.
