  1. 250g cooked braised pig ears, cut into strips

  2. green and red peppers, appropriate amount of onions and garlic

  3. Cut the green and red pepper into small pieces, mince the onion and garlic and set aside

  4. Heat the oil in the pan, add garlic and saute until fragrant

  5. Then add the pig ears and stir-fry

  6. Fry the pig ears until slightly charred and the oil will drain out

  7. Pour in the chopped green and red pepper segments and stir-fry for 1 minute, add a little light soy sauce to taste (note that the amount of light soy sauce is very small, because the pig ears are braised and have a salty taste)
