Overview

This is the first time I tried cooking with durian pulp. I went to the vegetable market today and saw that the ribs were very fresh, so I bought a pound. The durian I bought in the supermarket was on sale for 11 yuan per pound. I personally love durian, but it is relatively expensive and I don’t eat it often! Sometimes I buy one when I see it on sale, and then I ask the supermarket staff to peel it for me and take out the durian flesh and white flesh.

  1. Spare ribs

  2. Cut the durian flesh into pieces and wash them

  5. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, add some wolfberry and add water.

  6. Simmer for half an hour, add salt and chicken essence.
