Hanging Frost Peanuts
Overview
I accidentally saw a video of making sesame and peanuts. The last step is to hang the frosting. I didn’t expect it to be difficult, so I thought about doing it. But I read the comments that hanging the frosting is a technical job, and I have to try the technical job! Hit your head against the wall! I was busy taking pictures at the critical moment, and the frost was already there, but where were my sesame seeds? ? ? ? ?

Ingredients
Steps
-
Blanch the peanuts in a pot of boiling water to remove the skin color and drain
-
Add one pound each of water, peanuts, and sugar
-
Stir occasionally while cooking until the water vapor becomes less and less and the sugar water becomes thicker
-
When it gets thicker and thicker, it feels a little difficult to push
-
When the sugar water turns a little white, add sesame seeds, turn off the heat, and stir-fry quickly (it will become stringy if you don’t turn off the heat)
-
I was so busy taking pictures that I didn’t even get any sesame seeds on it! Fall short! Fortunately, there is still a thin layer of frost on the peanuts
-
Look! The sesame seeds and sugar are all scattered in the pot
-
Let the stalls cool
-
Let’s have a plate of wine (forgive me for the whereabouts of Sesame)
