Reunion with flowers and full moon~Hydrangea bread with red bean paste
Overview
The hydrangea is the love object and mascot of the Zhuang family in Guangxi. Young men and women choose a partner by singing antiphonal songs and throwing embroidered balls. There is no need for a matchmaker or re-employment, making the love between young men and women of the Zhuang ethnic group poetic and picturesque. Nowadays, Guangxi hydrangeas are not only used as gifts for relatives and friends, as decorations in the home, but also as messengers of love, family affection, and friendship. At the same time, the round shape of the hydrangea gives it the meaning of reunion. The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming soon. Make a plate of hydrangea bread, which symbolizes love and reunion, and have a happy time together as a family, chatting, admiring the moon, and tasting delicious food. This should be the happiest moment in life.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Many thanks to Xinliang for the bread flour. Prepare the materials and weigh them.
-
Put all ingredients into the mixing bowl of a chef's machine.
-
Beat until the expansion stage is reached and the film can be pulled out.
-
Divide it into four parts equally, one part is the original color, and the other three parts add your favorite fruit and vegetable powder. The amount of fruit and vegetable powder depends on the color of the dough after mixing. If you like a darker color, add more; if you like a lighter color, add less. I added a little too much red, so the color is very dark.
-
After the four-color dough is fermented, deflate the dough. Divide the dough of each color into 16-gram portions, roll into a cylinder, and cover with plastic wrap to prevent the skin from drying out.
-
Use your hands to roll the cylindrical dough into a long strip, about 20 cm in length.
-
Choose one of each color and form a tic-tac-toe shape.
-
When two adjacent poles intersect, the rule of intersection is: the lower one rests on the higher one. Take the bottom two in the picture as an example. The green one is at the lower end and the red one is at the higher end, so the green one is placed on top of the red one.
-
The remaining three groups do the same thing: put the lower ones on top of the higher ones. At this time, four new groups are formed. Next comes the second round: the same two adjacent low poles are placed on top of the high poles. Take the lower left corner white and red as an example.
-
Place the lower red on top of the higher white.
-
The other three groups did the same thing.
-
In the third round, the same operation is performed, and the two intersecting roots are of the same color.
-
Do the same thing in the fourth round, with the lower one on top of the higher one. After the intersecting of the 4 groups, pinch the two adjacent ones together.
-
Turn over and add bean paste. Wrap the bean paste and arrange it into a ball.
-
Place in baking pan for secondary fermentation.
-
On the second to last level of the oven, heat air at 175 degrees for 20 minutes. When the surface is slightly colored, quickly cover it with a baking sheet and line the baking sheet with tin foil.
