Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, line the bottom of a baking pan with baking paper and grease the sides.

Put the biscuits into a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Melt the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds. Mix it with 20 grams of sugar and stir evenly.

Flatten the cookie crumb mixture on the bottom of the baking pan, bake for 10 minutes, remove and let cool.

Mix the cream cheese, Mascarpone cheese, and 40 grams of sugar on low speed until smooth.

Take another bowl, add 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, vanilla extract, beat, and gently fold into the cheese.

Prepare the coffee, soak the finger biscuits in the coffee, and spread them flat on the cake base.

Pour the cheese mixture into the baking dish and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

Whisk the remaining cup of heavy cream with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and put it into a piping bag. After the cake is unmoulded, pipe the cream over the cake and sprinkle with cocoa powder and chocolate.
