  1. Prepare the ingredients and wash them (scallions taste good, green onions are convenient). Add as much chili as you like. I bought super spicy ones, two are enough

  2. Chop onion, garlic, and dried chili

  3. Heat a hot pot, add oil, sauté onions, garlic, and dried chili peppers. If you like a sweet taste, you can throw a small rock sugar into the sautéing onions and garlic

  4. Stir-fry over high heat. After the vegetables change color slightly, add salt and MSG and stir-fry a little. (If you drop the rock sugar, it may stick to the pan, so you can add a little water.) Finally, add vinegar before serving
