Sausage Whole Wheat Scones

The breakfast bread was accidentally taken away, and I was a little confused. What should I eat in the morning? Suddenly I remembered that I once had a collection of Kuaishou's breakfast recipes, so I quickly looked for them. Finally found a sausage scone that is quick and easy to make with convenient ingredients. Forget about the pickled peppers, skip them, they are too spicy. I happened to have a little beef sausage left, and when I saw it was too little, I grabbed the fragrant tripe (actually it tasted the same as Cantonese sausage) and cut it into a piece. Just as I was about to grab the flour, I caught a glimpse of whole wheat flour on the side, and immediately turned to whole wheat flour. Since this kind of experimental thing can only be solved by myself, I simply let the experiment be more thorough and replace it with 100% whole wheat flour. Finally, when I was about to mix the sausage with the whole-wheat dough, I felt almost bored. I looked up and saw chopped green onions on the side, and grabbed a handful and added a little green onion flavor. It felt more satisfying than the taste of whole meat. There was so much meat that it was barely embedded in the dough, and it was shaped into a small patty and put in the oven. Soon, the aroma of onions and meat mixed with each other, and breakfast was ready. After it comes out of the oven, it looks like this, that's called a rough one. Thinking of Junzhi's ugly little stone, this scone is countless times uglier than that. Finally, one word came to mind, vulgar. . . Maybe switching to regular flour, or maybe just using half whole wheat flour would seem better? However, it smells good. . . .

Ingredients: 100g whole wheat flour, 15g beef sausage, 35g tripe, 50g milk, a little salt, 3g baking powder, a handful of chopped green onion
