Fried fish roe with eggs
Overview
The big wild carp weighing eight pounds and nine taels had more than a pound of fish roe dug out from its belly, and half a pound of it was fried with eggs. High protein, high nutrition. Personally, I feel like eating it wrapped in duck pancakes is great, just like eating roast duck.
