Ingredients preparation: One silver carp head, cut in half into four pieces

Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and juice of half a lemon to marinate the fish head

Then chop the pickled pepper, pickled ginger, garlic and juiced lemon peel for later use, and cut the onion vertically into cubes for later use

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry all the prepared ingredients together, then add soy sauce and a little salt

Stir-fry for two to three minutes, then add a small bowl of water, then place the fish head on top of the ingredients, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes

After opening the lid, first lay out the onions as shown in the picture, then place the fish head in the middle, and then spread the remaining seasonings on top of the fish head
