Glaze glutinous rice balls
Overview
This year's Lantern Festival coincides with Valentine's Day in the West, and the next one will be in 2033, so this year's glutinous rice dumplings should be a little special, so I broke the tradition of making only white glutinous rice dumplings and gave myself some innovation, making colorful glazed glutinous rice dumplings.

Add boiling water and glutinous rice little by little and knead until it is no longer sticky. Divide into four groups, leaving one group with the original color. Add red yeast powder, matcha powder and cocoa powder to the remaining three groups, and knead them evenly.

Roll them into long strips and twist them into a rope shape.

Cut into equal sizes and flatten

Get a two-color one

Roll the stuffing into balls and set aside

Roll out the glutinous rice balls and put in the fillings

Steam over high heat for 10 minutes
