Beat the eggs in a bowl,

Add half a bowl of water to Swoonson's rich broth to taste.

Pour the concentrated soup water into the beaten egg liquid and mix well, then filter it into a steaming bowl and steam it in the pot.

While steaming eggs, cook fresh green beans for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked green beans to an appropriate amount of stock and pulse in a food processor until smooth.

Pour the thick green bean slurry into a non-stick pan and adjust to the consistency of bagged yogurt, then boil again and set aside.

After the eggs are steamed, pour in the cooked green bean soup.
