Delicious and simple eggplant salad, perfect for hot summer days! Foodies who like the taste of green pepper and stomping pepper should not miss it! (•̀∀•́) Even a lazy person like me can make it, it’s not too simple! 😁

Dice the red pepper, green pepper, green onion, and garlic. Spare

Cut the eggplant into sections (about 5cm, it’s up to you) and steam for 15 minutes. (Cut into sections to shorten the ripening time)

When the pot is hot, pour an appropriate amount of oil, add the diced chili pepper, onion and garlic, stir-fry for 30″

Add a spoonful of rice and green pepper sauce

Add green pepper sauce and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30″), add a little salt and chicken essence. Set aside

Place the steamed eggplants on a plate and top with the fried chili sauce.
