Cut the beef into slices and add the chili millet, minced ginger and garlic and mix well, then add the vine pepper oil and mix well.

Add sweet potato flour, mix well and marinate for a while.

Put the chopped ginger into water and boil.

Put the beef slices into the water one by one.

Bring to a boil.

Scoop out some scum.

Add shredded carrots and cook together.

Add salt to taste.

Remove from the pan.
