Beautiful black forest

Overview

I have done a lot of work for this black forest, and I made it for everyone for the first time. Unexpectedly, the response was very good, and the previous efforts were worth it!

Steps

1. 1 Cocoa chiffon cake cut into three slices

   

2. 2 Put a layer of cocoa cake

   

3. 3 Whip light cream with powdered sugar

   

4. 4 Pre-pickled cherries

   

5. 5 Spread a layer of cream and sprinkle with cherries

   

6. 6 Clamp everything together and put more cream on top

   

7. 7 Wipe the face

   

8. 8 Refrigerate chocolate until hard

   

9. 9 Melt the chocolate over water and refrigerate in a small basin

   

10. 10 Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on the cake and stick the edges to the sides with a spatula

    

11. 11 All filled with chocolate chips

    

12. 12 Use a piping tip to pipe butter flowers on the top and put cherries as decoration
