Rice cake, vegetable and meatball soup
Overview
Influenced by my father, I really like the glutinous texture of rice cakes. No, when I usually use it to cook dishes, most of them are made by stir-frying. Today, I was tired of eating stir-fried rice cakes and thought about using it to make soup. Once I tried it, the light and smooth texture made this bowl of soup even more delicious.
