Cut green pepper into strips.

Add to pot and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until soft and then remove.

Cut the beef into shreds and add minced garlic. Grind the chopped ginger and millet chili, thirteen spices and rattan pepper oil in a spoonful and mix them evenly.
