I don’t have a tinfoil box at home, so I used a casserole to make it. If I make it in a tinfoil box, it can be called tinfoil flower nail powder.

  1. Wash the flower armor, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash and break them into small florets, and soak the vermicelli in advance until soft.

  2. Add minced garlic and millet chili to the hot pot and stir-fry until it changes color slightly. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly. Set aside. If you like spicy food, you can add millet chili and stir-fry slowly at this step.

  3. Place enoki mushrooms, soaked vermicelli, and flower armor in a casserole or tin foil, pour in the fried minced garlic, add light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, salt, and bean paste, boil the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
