Homemade black pepper steak
Overview
The names of steaks vary according to the different parts of the beef. I like beef that is fat and lean, so I choose the tenderloin with a little marble texture. If the steak is cheap and popular like eating out, I usually order the black pepper sauce. Because the beef is not good, I think the black pepper sauce can best cover up the fishy smell. If I cook steak at a slightly better place that pays more attention to quality, I usually order mushroom or herb juice to have a purer taste. The steak can be fried to different degrees of doneness according to personal taste. Chinese people are more popular and generally choose 7 or above, which is more hygienic. I personally also prefer 6 and 7 mature steaks. The fully cooked meat is too old and raw to accept it. In fact, it is a staple food with a more personalized combination. I am just sharing my production process for reference only~Interaction

Ingredients
Steps
-
After buying the beef, wash it and cut it into large pieces about 1 cm thick. Use the back of a knife (or a meat mallet) to hammer it slightly to make the meat softer and more tender
-
Mash two cloves of garlic and add to the steak. Add a little salt and a little black pepper. Marinate for about an hour
-
To make black pepper sauce, add a tomato, a few slices of leftover beef that I cut, an appropriate amount of onion, and a bowl and a half of water. Use a food processor to crush and stir evenly (this step can also be omitted). Breaking the ingredients is to prevent too many things in the sauce from being too granular and affecting the taste
-
Put about 10g of butter in the pot. It can be salted or not. I used this one~
-
Then add a little chopped onion and saute until fragrant
-
Then add the onion and tomato juice crushed with a food processor and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly and simmer over low heat
-
Put in the black pepper, I added some black pepper and black peppercorns~ Then for color, I added a few drops of dark soy sauce🙈🙈🙈
-
Then add a little water starch to make the black pepper juice slightly thicker ~ the taste is more intense 😇
-
Just look at the black pepper sauce and it's cooked. It's so fragrant. Add more and less black pepper, it depends on personal preference
-
Fry the steak: Heat oil in a pan, then pour in a little vegetable oil. Heat the pan over high heat, drain the steak, and fry over medium-low heat
-
Fry until one side is cooked, then flip and fry the other side (do not turn it over and over, as this will cause the steak to lose moisture). Control the frying time according to personal preference...
-
Finished product: plated! Make a separate pot in advance and blanch the noodles and vegetables according to your personal preference
-
The finished black pepper juice can be poured on top or eaten as a dip🤓🤓. I sprinkled a little bit of chopped basil on the steak ~ you can ignore it if you don’t have it
-
The finished product is fried two pieces of beef. This one is 8 mature so that it is mainly gray brown with a little pink☺️
-
In fact, I like the finished product the most. The 6-mature meat is very tender and does not have the fishy smell of blood. It is very tender and delicious! 😍😍😍
-
Of course, the finished product is not just steak~vegetable salads, fruits, desserts, red wine, flowers (although they are not very fresh anymore, haha), and soups are all available in addition to meal kits🤓🤓🤓🤓. I want to enjoy the delicious food~
