Wash appropriate amount of cabbage core.

Cut the leaf stem into three finger lengths.

Boil an appropriate amount of water and add the cabbage core.

Blanch until it turns green and take it out.

Chop the garlic into puree. (This is the minced garlic from two dishes. I stir-fry it together to make the minced garlic core. You can use one-third of the minced garlic)

Rinse with clean water.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, sauté the peppercorns and remove.

Pour in minced garlic and stir-fry until slightly brown.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Pour in a ladle of boiling water and turn off the heat.

Pour it onto the vegetable core.

Finished product.
