Slice the tofu, smash the garlic cloves, cut the millet and pepper into rings, and cut the cabbage into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add tofu slices and fry.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and remove.

Arrange the cabbage slices on the bottom of the casserole dish.
