  1. Steamed rice and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Spread the eggs into egg skins and cut them into strips for later use. Cut the cucumbers, carrots, ham and crab sticks into small strips and stir-fry them in oil for later use. Spread the rice on the seaweed, being careful not to fill it up. Leave about three centimeters of space at the end so that it won't overflow when rolled. Add various strips and cheese and slowly roll it up. The rice will stick more easily when it is hot. After rolling it up, dip a knife in water and cut it. Then it is ready to be plated.
