Soak the kelp knot in water. After it becomes soft, open the knot and wash it.

Cut carrots and kelp into thin strips.

Boil the water and blanch the kelp and carrot shreds. Don't wait too long, it won't taste good if it becomes soft. Remove with slotted spoon.

Replace with clean water and turn off the heat. Add the dry vermicelli and stir to combine. Cover and simmer. For about 5 minutes, cool down with cold water to make the vermicelli chewy.

Smash the garlic and finely chop. Leave it for a while. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, and sesame oil. Heat oil in a hot pan and pour over the sauce.
