Prepare scallops. A big one. I guess the hotel costs at least 10 yuan, so I bought 10 for 25.

A bundle of Longkou vermicelli soaked in cold water.

Remove the meat from the scallop shells, keep the clean side, rinse and set aside.

Prepare a steamer, put water in it, place scallop shells in the pot, and place an appropriate amount of soaked vermicelli in the scallop shells.

Arrange the scallop meat on the vermicelli according to size.

Prepare the minced garlic. If you don’t have professional garlic pounding tools at home, use a rolling pin to do it in a small bowl.

After pounding, chop the garlic a few times with a knife to make the minced garlic finer.

Prepare some green onion foam.

Put oil in the bottom of the pot. When the oil is hot, reduce the heat to low, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, and a little oyster sauce. Stir fry for a few times and then turn off the heat.

Evenly spread the fried garlic onto the scallop meat.

Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat for 5 minutes.
