Red wine and black pepper steak
Overview
A gourmand will never go over any delicacy. The dishes cooked by oneself are always the most fragrant. I am used to cooking Chinese food and have always wanted to try making black pepper steak. I especially found the recipe online and on Gourmet World. After understanding it clearly, I decided to try it today. Based on this first try, I realized that Western food may seem simple, but it is actually difficult. Keeping the ingredients fresh is indeed a headache. My husband likes those who are 10% mature, and I like those who are 70% mature. The consensus is very mature. In fact, most of the time for Western food is spent on preparing the ingredients, and the subsequent presentation is very simple.
