Cowpeas mixed with peanut butter
Overview
Cowpea has the effects of replenishing qi, strengthening the stomach and kidneys, harmonizing the five internal organs, rejuvenating the skin and nourishing the body, producing essence, quenching thirst, vomiting and diarrhea, and detoxifying. This time I will use peanut butter to make a summer cold side dish - cowpeas mixed with peanut butter. Before making this little cold dish, I always used sesame paste. This time I made it with peanut butter instead of tahini. After trying it, the taste is more pure and thicker than that made with sesame paste. Fragrant on lips and teeth!
