Overview

Everyone is familiar with egg tarts, which are crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. I have made a variety of fruit flavors before, such as mango egg tart, durian egg tart, blueberry egg tart, etc. This time I added oats, which gives it a more cereal flavor than the previous fruity flavor and is healthier.

  1. The raw materials are reserved. The oatmeal is MyllynParas whole grain large oatmeal imported from Finland. The oatmeal particles are larger and the taste is better.

  2. Pour the light cream, milk, sugar and condensed milk into a container and stir while heating until the sugar melts.
