The ingredients are washed and chopped. (Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, cut the tomatoes into small dices, and cut the carrots into dices)

Crack 1 egg into a bowl and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and pour in egg liquid.

Fry both sides until golden brown and break the eggs into several sections with a spatula.

Pour in the cauliflower, diced tomatoes, diced carrots, and ham slices and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.

Fold the dumpling wrappers together and cut into small sections.

Boil the water, add the dumpling skins cut into small pieces and cook until cooked.

Add water spinach leaves, salt, and light soy sauce, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.

Put it into a bowl, add some sesame oil, stir and start.
