Grate potatoes into shreds with a grater

Add salt, pepper, chili powder

Add flour starch and mix well

Heat a non-stick pan and pour in a little more oil than usual for cooking

Pour the shredded potatoes into the pot and spread them evenly with a wooden spatula

Fry over medium heat until set, then flip over and fry until both sides are golden brown

Cut it into pieces and eat it while it's hot. It'll be very crispy. When it's cold, it won't taste as good
