Rinse the pickled vegetables with water first, then chop them into pieces and soak them in water to remove the salt. Soak for about ten minutes, drain the water and set aside.

Slice the pork belly into strips, cut into cubes, and chop into fillings. Then add scallions, white sugar, cornstarch, peanut oil, and mix evenly. Marinate for about ten minutes, then chop evenly with pickled vegetables into cakes and serve on a plate.

Boil water, put in a steamer and steam for about ten minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion and it is ready.
