Wash the strawberries and dry them, then insert a toothpick into the stem of the strawberry.
Crush the pistachio kernels with a rolling pin.
Melt black and white chocolate over water.
Dip the strawberries evenly in the chocolate sauce and then roll them in the pistachios to coat with the pistachios.
Place the prepared chocolate-covered strawberries in the refrigerator and let them cool for a while.
I used Dove chocolate. Dove chocolate itself is relatively sweet. I did not add sugar. If you like a sweeter taste, you can add some fine sugar to the chocolate and melt it together.
