Overview
Mustard greens are abundant in Ganzhe Town, Minhou County, the capital of Fujian Province. They are a variant of mustard with a long history, specifically referring to the southern mustard greens with large leaves, thick veins and wrinkled leaves.

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the cabbage and chop into small pieces. (You can put it in a pot, add salt and oil and blanch it).

Chop the garlic into minced pieces. Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the vegetables and stir-fry evenly.

Fry the covered vegetables until they change color slightly, add the dried shrimps and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, a little water, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes.
