Steps
-
Crack an egg into a microwave-safe container and cover it. 2. Mix the eggs evenly with chopsticks (no whisk required)
-
Use a milk powder spoon like this (one spoon is about 4.5 grams) to put sugar (2 spoons), flour (4 spoons), instant coffee (13g bag), milk powder (2 spoons), and baking powder (half a spoon) into a bowl and mix well. Special note: I used my child’s formula milk powder, and there happened to be a milk powder scoop delivered, so I could calculate the grams without weighing. One level scoop is about 4.5 grams.

This is a picture after mixing well. An egg weighs about 50 or 60 grams, and the other ingredients together weigh about 50 or 60 grams. This is the first time I made it successfully. This rule is something you have figured out by yourself hehe. Therefore, the grams of eggs and other ingredients are increased in proportion to 1:1. If you want to make a larger cake, increase it according to this ratio. The microwave heating time is 1 minute and 20 seconds for one egg, and 2 minutes and 20 seconds for two eggs. Add minutes according to the number of eggs. Simple!

Cover the prepared batter and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds (below 850W) and heat for 1 minute and 10 seconds if it is above 850W

Fresh cake is out of the oven! ! ! The ratio of sugar to coffee is just right, the sweetness and bitterness are moderate, and the aftertaste of coffee in your mouth is endless.

Clip a piece and look at the honeycomb inside.
