Steamed tofu with cucumber and fish
Overview
The cucumber fish delivered to my door was not big. I blamed myself for not checking the weight when I placed the order. I checked the refrigerator and found a box of fat tofu, so I made this steamed cucumber fish and tofu together. There are fish, tofu and eggs in one dish. It is rich in nutrients and is enough for one plate. The fish meat and fat tofu made this way are very tender, and when simmered in green onion, it is so fragrant!
