Overview
Sushi seems to be troublesome, but in reality, everything is troublesome if you put your mind to it. It was very refreshing when I ate it, and it was served with the mustard sauce given by my classmates. I would like to make it again next time.

Before preparing other ingredients, rice and glutinous rice should be cooked together in a ratio of 10:1. After cooking, fluff the rice and spread the nori on top of the cardboard and put it in a plastic bag to make a sushi curtain. Because I didn’t buy a sushi mat. Put the rice first, then add the salad dressing and spread the ingredients on top

Be careful when rolling, because the seaweed is afraid of rotting and falling apart. To prevent it from falling apart easily, don’t make the rice too thick.

Start cutting after rolling. When cutting, take a bowl of cold water and wet the knife when cutting a piece. This will make cutting easier. It is best to use disposable gloves throughout the process because hygiene is also critical

Finally, add some mustard and soy sauce and enjoy. The first time I did it, it was a success!
