Overview

This three-black porridge is made from black beans, black rice, and black sesame seeds, plus a few red dates. It has a thick and delicious taste, is rich in nutrients, nourishes the kidneys and replenishes qi, and gradually reduces white hair. It also has certain effects on delaying aging.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.

  2. Wash the black beans the night before and soak them in water overnight.

  3. Add water to the pot, put the soaked black beans in, add a little edible alkali and two drops of oil.
