Overview
Recently, I have been avoiding food for some reasons, and I really want to eat something fragrant to satisfy my craving. I used to make Goya Fish and Eggplant, so I wanted to change it and try it without braised in soy sauce. The result was okay, and the taste was recognized by my family!

Heat a wok, put two tablespoons of cooking oil into the wok and heat it

Put the Goya fish into the hot oil pan and fry on both sides

Add onions and ginger and continue to fry until the aroma of onions and ginger comes out

Add the eggplant pieces and stir-fry twice to coat the eggplant pieces with oil, then add boiling water to cover the ingredients, then add the frozen tofu, bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt according to taste before serving, and pour in sesame oil!
