Multigrain pancakes and fruits
Overview
I often see a lot of people queuing up to buy pancakes and fruits in street snack shops. Out of curiosity, I tried making them at home. It tastes good. You can mix and match the fillings in the fruits as you like. You can wrap whatever you want and feel free to use it according to your own taste. (If you don’t like fried fruits with whole grains, you can also use pure flour to fry them)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Have the required materials ready. (The fillings don’t have to be as varied as the picture. In fact, the ones I ate were delicious just with sauce and lettuce and crisps. Anyway, feel free to mix and match according to your personal taste)
-
Mix the 3 types of powder, add 200 grams of water and mix to form a paste. If you don’t like to eat whole grains, you can choose to use the same amount of pure flour instead. (I changed the cornmeal to soba noodles)
-
The mixed batter will take this shape.
-
Place a frying pan, heat it with a thin layer of cooking oil, and add a spoonful of batter.
-
Use a special bamboo chopper or spatula to spread it into thin slices, and fry over low heat until there is no batter on the surface.
-
Crack in an egg and spread it with a spatula until the entire dough is covered with egg liquid.
-
While the eggs are still fried, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of black sesame seeds.
-
Turn over.
-
Add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and spread evenly, add green onion, coriander, lettuce and a thin slice of crisp. If you don’t have crisps, you can replace them with fried dough sticks or any kind of meat you like)
-
Wrap both sides toward the middle and compact to complete.
-
Finished product. Let’s eat😜
