Dragon Fruit Brown Sugar Bread
Overview
Use pitaya peels that are rich in anthocyanins to make bread, and use brown sugar at the same time. The bread has a beautiful color and is rich in nutrients.

Clean the pitaya peel, peel off the outermost thin layer, and cut into small pieces.

Put it into the juicer, add the same amount of water as the peel, start the machine and blend into a fine peel juice.

Take 125 grams of fruit puree juice, put it into a bread bucket, then add sugar, salt, eggs, and corn oil.

Sift in milk powder, flour and yeast. Start the bread machine dough program.
