First cut the duck into pieces.

Prepare a bowl of duck blood.

Heat oil in a pan, add a little salt, ginger and garlic, add duck and stir-fry until fragrant,

Add dried red pepper, braised soy sauce, beer, stir-fry until browned, then add soup and bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, add in the flavor over medium-low heat, and collect the thick soup to taste.
