Overview
Snow peas contain carotene and calcium, and are also high in B vitamins. They are rich in protein and a variety of amino acids. Regular consumption is beneficial to the spleen and stomach and can increase appetite. Eating together with mushrooms can eliminate the loss of appetite caused by greasy food.

Wash the snow peas, remove gluten and cut into shreds;
