Black sesame cake
Overview
This cake uses Qifeng's recipe and adds crushed black sesame seeds. It is extremely mellow, nutritious and delicious, and children also love it.

Crush black sesame seeds in a food processor

Separate the egg whites and yolks and place them in separate containers that are oil-free and water-free.

Add milk and corn oil to egg yolks and mix well.

Add crushed black sesame seeds and stir evenly.

Sift in the flour and stir evenly.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and start beating at medium speed.

During the whipping process, add powdered sugar in three batches.

Just whip until you can pull out small sharp corners.

Add half of the meringue to the black sesame egg batter and mix evenly.

Then pour the evenly mixed batter into the meringue.

Stir evenly again, be sure to turn it up and down, not in circles to avoid defoaming.

Pour the cake batter into the mold, sprinkle with a few dried cranberries, and place it in the preheated oven.

Cook at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.

Let cool slightly, unmold and plate.
