Shaker cup original waffles
Overview
Waffles are especially suitable for the elderly and children. Less oil and sugar are good for digestion and nutrition. It was very easy to make a few pancakes with a shaker cup a few days ago. Today, you might as well use a shaker cup to make waffles for breakfast. It saves time and effort, is convenient and fast. Just put all the ingredients into a shaker cup, shake it vigorously into a batter, put it in a pan and brown it. You can also add your favorite sauce to make a filling. It’s delicious and healthy, so hurry up!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a shaker cup (mine is an old Tupperware 500ml shaker cup);
-
Put all the powder into the shaker cup;
-
Pour in all the liquid, stir it a little with chopsticks, put the round blade on and close the top tightly;
-
Put the lid on and shake vigorously. I thought I had lost weight! Shake until even (open the top cover during the shaking process to let out some air), the batter should be in a state where it falls down to form a continuous vertical line, and then rest for ten minutes;
-
Heat a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, turn to low heat, pour in a little vegetable oil and wipe it quickly with a kitchen towel. You don't need to use too much oil to moisten the pan;
-
Pour the shaken batter directly into the pancake. This step should be done all at once. It is best not to add it in the middle to avoid uneven surface of the waffles;
-
Wait for bubbles to form on the surface of the waffles without moving them, and then wait until the bubbles burst into small holes;
-
Then flip it over and bake for another two or three minutes, take it out and put it on a plate;
