Wash the beans, remove the tendons at both ends, and cut into cubes. Mince the garlic and dice the tenderloin

Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant. You can use a little more oil

Add chopped black bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Add diced meat, add salt and a little cooking wine, stir-fry until it changes color

Pour in the diced beans and stir-fry quickly over high heat
