Machine-made butter biscuits
Overview
Today I used a noodle machine to make biscuits. It was very fun. After mixing the flour, sugar, butter and eggs, the biscuit dough came out of the machine. I made biscuits while playing. It was also good for coaxing children to play. Haha. It tastes good when baked. Although it doesn't have a cookie crisp, it tastes good. The key is to save trouble, good news for lazy people, haha.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare butter, flour, eggs and sugar.
-
Melt the butter over water and add the beaten eggs and mix well.
-
Install the mixing cup of the noodle machine and install the biscuit mold
-
Add the cake flour first
-
Then add sugar
-
Close the lid of the mixing cup and the noodle machine will be powered on.
-
Then press the function button to make it fully automatic, and the machine will start to rotate and knead the dough. Ask the machine to rotate for one minute to mix the sugar and cake flour evenly.
-
At this time, slowly add the egg and butter mixture from the water injection hole on the lid of the mixing cup.
-
The noodle machine starts kneading noodles
-
After a few minutes, start to squeeze out the cookie dough
-
Put all the pieces together and cut them with a knife to make them as long as possible. (I added a few pieces of the remaining noodles in the mixing cup to the dough and baked them together.)
-
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (biscuits tend to be mushy, so you can take them out if the color is right during the period. Each oven has different temperaments and you need to adjust the temperature and time yourself.)
