Spicy fried sea mushrooms
Overview
The sea ling mushroom is not a mushroom, but a cephalopod mollusc found in the deep ocean. Its shape looks like a sucker on a squid's claw. The sea ling mushroom has high nutritional value and tastes good. I personally think that the spicy stir-fried sea ling mushroom is the most delicious, and it goes well with food and wine.

Prepare materials.

Thaw the sea mushrooms and wash them with clean water.

Shred the peppers and chop the green onions.

Blanch the sea mushrooms and drain them.

Dissolve the hot sauce with warm water, add a spoonful of very fresh soy sauce, a spoonful of oil and mix thoroughly.

Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the chopped green onions.

Add sea ling mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add hot sauce and continue to stir-fry.
