Tear the oyster mushrooms into strips and clean them.

Boil water in a pot to blanch the oyster mushrooms, drain and set aside.

Cut the meat into slices and set aside.

Heat the wok and pour in appropriate amount of salad oil.

Add lean meat and stir-fry. When the meat changes color, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. (If you add the onions later, the onions will not be burnt)
