Cocoa cupcakes
Overview
Chiffon cake is what I make the most on weekdays. Sometimes I change the pattern and make it with different flavors. For example, this cocoa flavor only adds cocoa powder, but you can taste different flavors. Just make it if you like it.

separate eggs

Add 26g powdered sugar to the egg yolks and mix well

Add 40ml water and mix well

Add oil

Stir until emulsified

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder

Mix well

Add sugar in egg whites and beat until stiff

Fold one-third into the batter and mix evenly

Pour back into the protein paste and mix evenly

Put it into paper cups, preheat the oven to 150 degrees, and take it out of the oven in about 30 minutes
