Peach cake - the taste of childhood memories
Overview
When I was very young, I felt that everything tasted delicious. Popsicles, potato chips, and even instant noodles were full of ingredients. Now if I want to taste some Zeng Jin flavors, I have to slowly figure it out by myself. I believe many people have eaten the crispy peach cake. When it is freshly baked, when you take a bite, you will even feel like popping candy in your mouth,

Evenly apply powder inside the mold, tap out any excess (outside of the amount), I use a 50g mooncake mold,

Divide the dough into small portions of 15G each, place them on the chopping board, and press the mold up,

When it comes out, it will have a beautiful rose pattern. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes until the surface is golden.
